Establishment surveys LimeSurvey

This service provided by the Digital Services Division enables users to easily create online questionnaires and use the results, either directly in a report provided by the tool, or by exporting them to a file (Excel or other) for specific processing.

 

Who can create a questionnaire?

All University staff (civil servants, contract staff, doctoral students and emeriti). Accounts in the Lime Survey tool are managed manually by the DGDN, the only constraint being that you must have a University of Lille email address.

All requests for surveys are made by filling in a form and taking the necessary steps to comply with the RGPD

Responsibilities of the user

The user is responsible for the use of Limesurvey and will respect the following points :

 

  • Use of the tool as part of its activities at the University of Lille,
  • Use of the tool in compliance with the ethical rules of a survey and in accordance with the RGPD,
  • Not to use the tool for commercial purposes or for any use that does not fall within the university's remit,
  • Removal of obsolete questionnaires,
  • Administration of user access rights to questionnaires in the form of invitations or links distributed by email or on a blog, website, etc.…

Activation details

  1. Once logged in, users can access their questionnaires.
  2. Users will be able to see all the other users and give them rights to the questionnaires they have created..
  3. Users will not be able to create other users themselves.
