Your personal data
You are informed that your personal data are subject to mandatory computer processing, implemented by the General Directorate for Digital (DGDNUM) on behalf of the president of the University of Lille (n°2021110). Its legal basis is based on the legitimate interest of the University (GDPR, art. 6. 1. f).
This data is collected via the form to create a user account allowing the creation of an online form. Each survey administered through this account must be the subject of a separate declaration to the dpo of the establishment.
Data relating to the creation of a user account will be kept for a period of six months from the closure of the surveys concerned. Beyond this, this data may be archived on a separate medium with limited access, in accordance with the rules applicable to public archives and private archives.

The recipients of this data are authorized staff members of the DGDNUM of the University of Lille.
You have the right to access and rectify your data. You can object to their processing and exercise your right to limit it.
