- Can a QR code be generated without activating the survey?
No. The QR code is generated only when the survey is activated. As long as the survey is not activated, there is no public URL that respondents can access, and therefore no QR code can be created.
Once the survey is activated, can it still be modified?
- Yes, provided that it is temporarily deactivated.
Deactivating the survey allows you to make corrections or add new questions. Once the changes are complete, the survey can be reactivated.
Please note: if your survey is already active and being answered by respondents, deactivating it may result in data loss.
- Does the QR code remain valid after modifying the survey? Why doesn’t the QR code change? Is it necessary to generate a new QR code after a modification?
Yes. The QR code always remains valid, even after the survey is deactivated, modified, and reactivated.
The QR code represents the public URL of the survey, encoded in graphical form. This URL does not change, regardless of any modifications made to the survey content.
No. It is not necessary to generate a new QR code, as long as the survey URL remains the same.
