Duration of retention of user data
Data relating to the creation of user accounts as well as data collected by survey forms will be kept for a period of six months from the closure of the surveys concerned.
We invite you now if your questionnaire has been closed for more than 6 months to save it.
Backup your data
It is important for you to save your work data whatever the platform used, we are never safe from a server error or other which would cause you to lose many hours of work and hours of data collection. We offer you this little tutorial on saving your question structure in "LSS" format and saving collected data in "VV" questionnaire file format.
